Jay Sugarman of Museum Open House talks with Emily Weeks, PhD. Emily is a highly accomplished independent art historian and consultant for museums, academic institutions, auction houses, and private collectors. She also serves as the Principal Lecturer in the Histories of Art at the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
During the program, we’ll be learning about the history and mission of the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts and the wide range of programs, events, exhibitions, and other opportunities that are available for artists and the general public today. In addition, we’ll go on a behind-the-scenes tour of the current exhibition entitled Lennart Anderson: A Retrospective.
