YSPC400 Sculpture
Dates: July 21–July 25, 2025
Times: 9 am–3 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch (lunch not provided)
Levels/Ages: All levels, 14-18

In this introductory class, students learn the fundamental skills and techniques necessary to sculpt from direct observation. Working with oil-based clay and a variety of professional sculpting tools, students gain an understanding of process, design, and finish. As they create both bas-relief and full 3-D sculpture, students‘ abilities to understand form and think spatially are also enhanced.

All levels are welcome.
