The Lyme Academy of Fine Arts is proud to announce the reissue of Deane G. Keller’s invaluable Draftsman’s Handbook. Available in winter 2026, this exciting new publication, an expanded edition, will be part of a series of happenings celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Academy’s founding in 1976.
A renowned and beloved instructor at Lyme Academy for a number of years, Deane Keller’s contributions to academic art education were many. We are particularly thrilled to bring his acclaimed handbook for artists to a new generation of practitioners, and to reintroduce it to those who knew it in its original 2002 form.
