Following is information on TUITION PAYMENTS, INFORMATION RELEASE, MATERIALS LISTS, BOOKS, ADDRESS CHANGES, and PLACES to STAY:

TUITION PAYMENTS

  • Payment Due: Tuition and fees are invoiced twice each year, approximately thirty days prior to the start of each semester.  Payment in full is due in the Bursar’s Office by August 1st for the fall semester, and by January 1st for the spring semester.  Late payments will incur a $50 late fee each month your account is past due.

  • Credit Card Payments: If you are having difficulty paying the tuition bill, please contact the Bursar (ext.115) in advance of the due date, to make payment arrangements.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC, American Express and Discover Cards for tuition payments. With the exception of VISA, a 2% convenience charge will be added to tuition bills for credit cards not swiped through the machine in person.

  • Refunds/Credit Balances: Refund of overpayments to student’s accounts due to financial aid will be mailed to the student within 10 days of the credit balance.  If a Plus loan creates the credit balance, the overpayment will be sent to the parent.

INFORMATION RELEASE

  • Information Release: If you as a  parent would like information about a student’s financial account including:  tuition, fees, amount due, payments, financial aid, 1098T, etc, per federal regulation, the student must first sign a waiver in the Bursar’s Office for release of this information.
