The Hidden Gallery, next to the Hideaway Rest. in Old Lyme, is presenting works from the estate of the late Ike-Tennessee Parker through mid-August.  Parker was Art Director for such famous New York Dept. stores as Macy’s and Bonwit Teller, and spent the later part of his career as an instructor at Johnson & Wales in R.I.  He worked in many different mediums-acrylic, bronze, brass, aluminum-and wrote music on instruments that he created himself.  Every one of his works is copyrighted.

An Opening Reception for the new Picasso-esque exhibit will take place on Friday, July 18th from 6-9pm with wine, hors d’oeuvres and the acoustic guitar talents of Jae Wolf of Essex, CT.  Please call Cindy Fecher @ 860.434.7999 for more information.
